in Tokyo, and raised in southern California,
Mr. Iwado now has over 30 successful and highly
qualified years of real estate experience here
on Maui, and is well known in the field. Tamio
became a broker in 1981 and established his
own brokerage company - Iwado Realty -in 1987
which is now one of the most recognized full
service real estate companies in Hawaii.

from the San Francisco
Bay Area, Vanessa has been on Maui for
over 9 years, enjoys the ocean and sunsets, long
distance running, golfing, spending time with family, and

Lisa, a native of Boston, Massachusetts, has
joined the team at Prudential Iwado. Moved to
Maui in 2003 with her husband, after visiting on
their anniversary trip in 2000.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in
Communications from Boston's Suffolk University
,Lisa spent her early years w/ the Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA) and
Lockheed Martin during which time she also
attained her private pilot's license.
Moving out of government services and into the
private sector, Lisa enjoyed the following years
with CSCC, a consulting firm, and then
embraced the telecommunications industry as the
Branch Operations Manager for a local division
of CTC Communications, a Voice and Voice Over IP
(VoIP) reseller to business clientele.
As a full time Realtor since 2003, Lisa has
achieved numerous milestones including winning
the Aina Maui Realtor of the Year in 2004
Lisa started and grew a Residential Property
Management portfolio which only added further
depth & experience to her knowledge base.

moved to Maui in 1985, and joined Prudential in
2005. In 2007,she received the Commercial Sales
and Leasing "Rookie of the Year"
Award. With her abundance of energy, she also
works with HNU SOLAR in helping to
pioneer "GOING GREEN" on
Maui in energy conservation of all
commercial and residential properties, with
energy saving photovoltaic (PV) & LED
Lighting products. She also owned Maui
Keepsakes, preserving bouquets in shadow box
frames, on top of her Honolulu Advertising paper
route distribution, starting at 3:00 am in the
morning, then she comes into work, and has the
highest number of commercial leases in one
month. She also recently sold her
"Pulverizer" trash compactor truck,
that was located at the Olowalu dump, to the
City and County of Honolulu, and is also
the exclusive sales representative for the State
of Hawaii for the trucks.
