in Tokyo, and raised in southern California,
Mr. Iwado now has over 27 successful and highly
qualified years of real estate experience here
on Maui, and is well known in the field. Tamio
became a broker in 1981 and established his
own brokerage company - Iwado Realty -in 1987
which is now one of the most recognized full
service real estate companies in Hawaii.

Rick
has been a resident of
Maui since 1973. He spent the first 20 years in Lahaina
and now
resides in Pukalani with his
wife Kanara. Rick has a BA in
Finance from the University of Arizona with
special courses in Management and Financial
Analysis for Commercial Real Estate.
In 1999 he retired from 30 years of restaurant
work which included 23
years as an owner-operator on Maui and the Big
Island. Rick joined Prudential in 2003 and
since then, has been awarded Prudential’s “Fine
Home Specialist” designation and received
their "Leading Edge Society Award".

2005. In 2007,she received the Commercial Sales
and Leasing "Rookie of the Year"
Award. With her abundance of energy, she also
works with HNU SOLAR in helping to
pioneer "GOING GREEN" on
Maui in energy conservation of all
commercial and residential properties, with
energy saving photovoltaic (PV) & LED
Lighting products. She also owned Maui
Keepsakes, preserving bouquets in shadow box
frames, on top of her Honolulu Advertising paper
route distribution, starting at 3:00 am in the
morning, then she comes into work, and has the
highest number of commercial leases in one
month. She also recently sold her
"Pulverizer" trash compactor truck,
that was located at the Olowalu dump, to the
City and County of Honolulu, and is also
the exclusive sales representative for the State
of Hawaii for the trucks.

Kottke joined Prudential Iwado Realty in 2007.
He has a BS in Public Relations and a Minor in
Business from James Madison University out of
Virginia. He is an up and coming face in
commercial Sales and Leasing and brings along a
burst of energy and charisma that adds to our
already diverse team. Included in his realm of
talents, Ben is also an Award winning
photographer of 10 years, sporting his talent in
and on many sports magazine covers, and
articles. He currently does photography for
Weddings in Maui, as well as internationally.

after receiving his BS in Biology from Florida
State University. After owning a successful
ocean activities business on Maui, he turned his
business and investing experience into a
Residential and Commercial Real Estate career w/
Prudential for the past 6 years. Mr. Millen has
completed all class work to become a Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a CCIM
Hawaii chapter member, and is preparing
for the accrediting exam.
