in Tokyo, and raised in southern California,
Tamio has over 30 successful and highly
qualified years of real estate experience here
on Maui, and is well known in the field. He became a broker in 1981 and established his
own brokerage company - Iwado Realty -in 1987
which is now one of the most recognized full
service real estate companies in Hawaii.
Tamio is a man known of his solid integrity and

Clayton
Uyehara R (S)
Born
and raised in Honolulu, Clayton moved to Maui 10
years ago and currently works in both locations.
He attended University of Hawaii's College of
Tropical College of Agriculture, where he earned
his Bachelor's of Science in Horticulture. This
led him into a career with Dole as an
agricultural scientist, working throughout
Central America and later returning back to
Hawaii. In 1982, he received his Masters in
Business Administration from Pepperdine
University School of Business and Management and
returned to Honolulu to work as a Financial
Analyst back with Dole until 1986. He started a

Bianchi has been a resident of Kaanapali for 25
years. She obtained her California Real Estate
license in 1992 and remained active until
taking up full time residence here on Maui.
She became licensed in Hawaii in 1966,and has
owned Five Star Travel in California since 1984.
Her combination of experience in both the fields
of travel and real estate makes her a great
contact for mainland investors. In 1995 she
began working for Prudential Maui Realtors where
she earned the title of "Fine Home
Specialist". She joined Prudential Iwado
Realty in June 2009, and aspires to become

Tim was born in Seoul, Korea
and raised in New York and the
Washington DC area. He attended the University of Massachusetts
at Amherst where he majored in Hospitality and
Tourism Management. He has been a part time
resident of the islands since 1994 and after
spending 8 years living in Paris, Seoul, and Auckland, owning and operating restaurants
throughout, he then returned to Honolulu in 2006
to pursue a career in Commercial real estate.
Since then, he has been involved in various
successful acquisitions and leasing transactions
representing international, mainland and locally
based companies. Tim brings to Prudential Iwado
Realty solid integrity, sincerity, impeccable
work ethics, and is also fluent in Korean. Tim
