Born in Tokyo, and raised in southern California, Tamio has over 40  successful and highly qualified years of real estate experience here on Maui, and is well known in the field. He became a broker in 1981 and established his own brokerage company - Iwado Realty -in 1987 which is now one of the most recognized full service real estate companies in Hawaii.  Tamio is a man known of his solid integrity and world of  knowledge; a definite credit to the industry, and his relaxed demeanor of conducting business is a pleasure!

Jenny Meekhof has worked in Real Estate since July 1994 focusing on Sales,
Leasing, Tenant Representation, and Commercial Management.  She was also
 the General Manager for Maui Marketplace, a 264,000 sf value shopping
center with over 30 retail tenants during her employ at Chaney, Brooks & 
Company.  Jenny joined CB Richard Ellis in May 2001 as Real Estate Manager for The Shops at Wailea,  a 161,209 sf a resort shopping center noted for it's premier retail mix from Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Tiffany & Co. to the  finest Hawaii retailers such as Tori Richard, Blue Ginger and Martin & MacArthur.
In June 2006,  she  was promoted to General Manager for The Shops at Wailea.  She was  responsible for all aspects of the shopping center to include 
budget preparation, marketing,  fiscal administration, tenant relations, and property operations.  Jenny's retail depth and experience also includes well
known shopping centers such as Azeka Place Mauka and Makai on Maui,  and 
Crossroads Shopping Center and Waiakea Shopping Center on the Big Island.

Timothy Lee R(S)

Tim was born in Seoul, Korea and raised in New York and the Washington DC area. He attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he majored in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He has been a part time resident of the islands since 1994 and after spending 8 years living in Paris, Seoul, and Auckland, owning and operating restaurants throughout, he then returned to Honolulu in 2006 to pursue a career in Commercial real estate. Since then, he has been involved in various successful acquisitions and leasing transactions representing international, mainland and locally based companies. Tim brings to Prudential Iwado Realty solid integrity, sincerity,  impeccable work ethics, and is also fluent in Korean. Tim is one of our Honolulu based agents.
