Mr. Gilliland's talents for management, marketing

Born in Tokyo, and
raised in southern California, Mr. Iwado now has
over 30 successful and highly qualified years
of real estate experience here on Maui, and is
well known in the field. He became a broker in
1981 and established his own brokerage company
- Iwado Realty -in 1987. |

Vice
President and Broker In Charge, GRI
Robert
moved to Maui in 2001 and brings to Prudential
Iwado over 17 years of Real Estate experience
covering commercial sales and leasing, residential
sales and leasing, commercial and residential
property management, construction management,
marketing, and supervision. He ran his own brokerage
& management firm and is pleased to bring
the same skills, commitment, and passion for
the same business of real estate to this firm.
In 1996 he was President of the Los Angeles
County Boards of Realtors (LACBOR) and Believes
strongly in advocating for private property
and business rights. He is a Graduate of the
Real Estate Institute and UCLA.

Born
and raised in Japan, moved to Maui in 1988,
he quickly became established in the real estate
business and in the translation business for
many Maui real estate firms. His experience
has encompassed assisting in developing condominium
projects and substantial subdivisions. . His
bi-lingual abilities and established knowledge
of the Hawaii real estate markets have enhanced
Iwado Realty, Inc.'s abilities to perceive and
service the needs of it's many Japanese clients.
Joshua is the Certified mediator for Mediation
Services of Maui.

Olson, R(S)
Controller
Dan
has been living in Maui for 13 years, has his
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
He majored in Accounting at California State
University, Long Beach, Graduating in
May of 1983. He also served in the Air Force
for 3 years as a mechanical engineer.
Dan's background is diversified in Entertainment,
Construction, as well as Hardware and Lumber.
He is an all around athlete in Surfing, Wind
surfing, Kite Boarding, Snow boarding, and biking.
